Location: West Bay Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end PLM program delivery including implementation, migration, upgrades, and rollout of Teamcenter solutions
• Drive project planning and governance manage schedules, milestones, dependencies, RAID logs, and KPIs
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (engineering, IT, supply chain, vendors, system integrators) for successful delivery
• Translate business requirements into functional deliverables and oversee execution with development/configuration teams
• Manage risks, issues, and change control processes ensuring timely mitigation and project stability
• Drive PLM process alignment (BOM, Change Management, Document Management, Product Data Management) across business units
• Oversee testing, UAT, deployment, and hypercare ensuring smooth go-live and user adoption
• Establish and monitor project KPIs for delivery quality, cost, schedule, and resource utilization
• Facilitate governance meetings and executive reporting (steering committees, status updates, dashboards)
• Drive change management and user adoption initiatives to maximize PLM value realization
