About the Job We are hiring a Human Resources Learning and Development Senior Coordinator for Specialty Pharmacy in Orlando, Florida. The work schedule will be Monday through Friday between the hours of 9 am - 6 pm or 8 am - 5 pm (based on business needs). This entry-level position will pay $18/hour. The individual in this position will be expected to perform additional job-related responsibilities and duties as assigned and/or necessary. APPLY HERE: Minimum Qualifications: - 1 year of experience in HR or in a contact call center OR associate degree in human resources, Communications, or related fields.
Skills/Responsibility: - Friendly and outgoing - Some basic knowledge of HR is needed.
- Will assist with conducting interviews, handling leave of absence, attendance, and occurrences.
- Part of the Steering Committee - committee based on all the associates from each area and plan to do an engagement. Facilitates associate engagement events and activities.
- Keep up with filing, they would be responsible for doing orientation.
- Day to Day routine, responding to emails, speaking to associates, and walking the floor.
- A 30-day touch base after new hires have been here. How the interview process, orientations, feedback/recommendations for change
