Custodian District-Wide

Position: Custodian District-Wide

Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalency. At least one full year of custodial work experience; ability and willingness to perform the work, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Under supervision, performs extensive cleaning and professional custodial duties in the maintenance of the interior and exterior of buildings and facilities
• Performs related duties as required
• Have working knowledge of using high speed buffers and wet vacuum machines.
• Demonstrated knowledge of proper operation of power-driven equipment and hand tools.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the building principal and or Director of Facilities.

Work Year: 12 months

Salary Range: In accordance with experience and the SPCA Contract Range: $35,772.02 - $37,897.39
