Construction Safety Associate

We are seeking an experienced Construction Safety Manager (CSM) to lead project safety and serve as a key representative to the owner, contractors, and project stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with a proven construction safety track record. Responsibilities Lead daily site safety and health activities, inspections, and hazard assessments. Conduct safety meetings, maintain agendas, minutes, action items, and attendance records. Document inspection findings and track corrective actions through closeout. Assist with incident investigations, root-cause analysis, and required reporting. Develop and implement site-specific safety plans, policies, JSAs/JHAs, and procedures. Maintain knowledge of applicable OSHA Construction/General Industry requirements. Provide ongoing safety training, coaching, and compliance guidance to site personnel. Work closely with the owner, contractors, subcontractors, and project leadership to drive a strong safety culture. Requirements Candidates must meet one of the following: CSP, CIH, ASP, ARM, CHST, OHST, or similar credential + 3 years construction safety experience; OR Bachelor's degree in Safety Management or related field + 3 years construction safety experience; OR 5+ years of relevant construction safety experience. Required: OSHA 500 Construction or OSHA 30-Hour Construction completed within the past 5 years.
