Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a leading financial institution location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine driving and foot patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will support access awareness, provide outstanding customer service and communication, and bring our agile, reliable, innovative, and people-first values to every interaction through teamwork and integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a financial services location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to the appropriate contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, lobby areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify conditions that may require attention.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and visitor activity in accordance with post instructions, helping to verify authorized access and/or direct guests, employees, and vendors as needed.
• Support branch and office operations by maintaining a visible presence, following Allied Universal protocols, and communicating clearly with site leadership regarding security-related matters.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
