Position Type: Contract

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including dining tables and stations.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other servers to ensure smooth operations.
• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.

Skills And Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a server and/or greeter in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
