Travel Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Job - Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing in Berlin, NH

Job Details

• Setting: Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility
• Employment Type: Travel CNA
• Duration: 18 weeks
• Start Date: September 16, 2026
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
• Shift Duration: 8-hour shifts
• Shift Options: Day or evening schedule
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
• Orientation: 3 shifts with a preceptor
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,130-$1,210

Job Requirements

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Valid New Hampshire CNA license required
• Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience required; prior LTC/SNF experience strongly preferred
• Experience supporting residents with multiple comorbidities, dementia, rehabilitation, and chronic care needs preferred
• Travel CNA experience is welcome, and first-time travelers may be considered
• Ability to work flexible shifts and support staffing needs as assigned

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, toileting, peri care, and dressing support
• Provide meal assistance, feeding support, and hydration encouragement
• Support residents with activities, appointments, and bedtime routines
• Perform routine rounding and respond to resident needs in a timely, compassionate manner
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized care environment
• Collaborate with nursing staff and the broader healthcare team to promote resident comfort and well-being
• Float between floors as needed to support patient care coverage
