Vet Hospital Concierge: Front Desk & Client Care
Petco
Petco is seeking a Front Desk Concierge for our Vetco Total Care hospital in Providence, RI. You will be the first and last touchpoint for clients, delivering friendly, compassionate customer service while coordinating appointments and managing the reception area.
Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year in a veterinary or customer-facing role, excellent communication skills, and a team-oriented approach to ensure smooth, patient-focused care in a busy hospital environment.
