Must-Have:

• Previous Charge Experience: 1.5 years
• Experience with patient ratios.
• Experience with charting in Epic required.
• Ability to float between like units.

Description: This position offers an elevated seasonal winter rate. If the traveler starts, they will receive the standard rate until a specified date, at which point the seasonal rate will take effect. Rates will return to standard amounts on another specified date. Canceling due to a rate change after signature will result in a system DNR. Start date: As soon as possible. Ratios: 1:2. First-timers are accepted. Weekend requirement: Every other weekend, with 4 shifts per schedule. Call is not required, and floating between like units is expected. RTO restrictions: Must include at the time of submission. A facility may call off once per two-week pay period. The type of facility is an acute care hospital with 392 staffed beds. Scrub color is flexible. Charting system used is Meditech. The facility provides free parking. Staffing and scheduling are self-scheduled. Patient ratios are maintained at 2. Floating between sister facilities may be expected. Refusal to float may result in termination of the assignment and/or forfeiture of guaranteed hours. Candidates should not reach out to facility contacts directly unless it is for an agreed-upon interview that has been communicated. Modules are non-billable, and all time spent on modules is factored into non-billable hours. Modules are completed pre-start and during orientation, with varying completion time.
