Our client is hiring a Maintenance Technician - Millwright in Fresno, TX Pay: $30 – $35/hr (DOE) Schedule: 6:30am – 4:30pm, 4x10hr shifts (Mon-Thurs) Benefits (Day 1) Medical, dental, and vision plans 401(k) match + company-paid pension Stock purchase plan Paid parental leave Discounted childcare resources What You'll Do Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on pumps, blowers, agitators, gearboxes, compressors, and conveyors Repair and upgrade ANSI/API pumps, rebuild seals, and repair agitators Use precision tools (calipers, micrometers, TIR indicators) and check pump alignment/vibration Read blueprints, IOMs, and work orders to guide repairs and installations Operate forklifts, man lifts, and cranes as needed Take maintenance callouts and support a safety-first culture What You'll Need High school diploma, GED, or equivalent 2+ years of Millwright experience (industrial or military) 1+ year of experience with electrical/mechanical systems 1+ year of experience with electronic/PLC-based applications #J-18808-Ljbffr Orion Talent
