Hours: Full time, Part time and/or Per Diem

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat mental, emotional, or behavioral disorders affecting children, adolescents, and their families.
• Diagnose disorders, determine appropriate course of treatment, and discuss treatment plans with the child or adolescent and responsible adults.
• Prescribe medication when necessary and act as an advocate for the best interests of the patient.
• May require 2-4 years of psychiatric experience.

Qualifications

• Regulated licensure and/or state certification as required.
• 3+ years of experience preferred; new graduates considered.
• Knowledge of state-specific licensure and certification requirements.
