Your future role at a glance Location: Nashville, TN Facility: Ascension Saint Thomas Midtown Department: Rehab Services Schedule: Day Shift l Full-time How you'll make an impact in this role Evaluates patient conditions through comprehensive initial and ongoing physical assessments. Develops individualized plans of care by collaborating with patients and families to establish recovery goals. Delivers skilled manual therapy and evidence-based interventions tailored to specific patient pathologies. Directs the daily activities of physical therapist assistants, students, and support staff to ensure clinical safety and quality.. What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Physical Therapy (PT) credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Physical Therapy prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education: Bachelor's degree required. Master's OR Doctorate degree preferred.
