Office Manager - Paso Robles High SchoolPCN#210032Under the direction of the site principal the High School Office Manager provides office support at the site; communicates information to staff parents students and to the public; orients new school staff to their job requirements; coordinates the work activities of the school/district office staff; ensures compliance with financial legal and administrative requirements; manages all substitute needs; and provides information and/or direction as directed or required.

Education and Experience:*High school diploma or its equivalent*Five years in- depth experience or training in complex clerical secretarial clerical or accounting position. (Preferred)*Preferable but not limited to the field of and Certifications: Certificate of typing 45 WPM Certification of passing of the District Clerical Exam Certification of Google Suite - Basic Level (to be completed by end of the probationary period)Certification of basic first aid/CPR SkillsDrivers License Clerical Exam is administered every Thursday at 1 PM. Please contact Dolly Nancolas at to schedule an exam. Please note that the exam must be completed and passed before job closing date in order to be considered for an interview.
