Our software directly interacts with physical products, giving our developers the opportunity to see their work move from an idea to a real product being used by customers.You will be part of a small, high impact engineering team building new products and systems from the ground up. Your decisions will directly influence architecture, performance, scalability, and user experience.This position requires working on site with our engineering and product development teams. It is not a remote or hybrid position.What You'll Work OnBuild and maintain modern applications across front end and backend systemsDevelop intuitive user interfaces for desktop, tablet, mobile, and web applicationsDevelop backend services, APIs, databases, and cloud connected systemsBuild software that communicates with physical products and embedded hardwareWork with technologies such as Flutter/Dart, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, and other modern development frameworksDesign systems that connect applications, cloud services, databases, and hardware devicesBuild interactive graphical interfaces and toolsImprove application performance, reliability, responsiveness, and scalabilityCollaborate directly with mechanical, electrical, firmware, manufacturing, QA, and product teamsParticipate in architecture decisions and long term technical directionPrototype new concepts and help determine the best technologies for future productsTurn real customer problems into clean, intuitive software solutionsCore ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and maintain full stack software applicationsBuild scalable front end and backend architecturesDevelop and integrate REST APIs and real time communication systemsDesign and work with databases and data modelsIntegrate software with hardware and embedded systemsDebug complex issues that may cross software, firmware, hardware, Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent professional experience2+ years of professional software development experienceExperience developing both front end and backend softwareStrong understanding of software development fundamentals, data structures, application architecture, and debuggingExperience building desktop, mobile, web, or cross platform applicationsExperience developing or integrating REST APIsExperience working with databasesExperience with Git and modern version control workflowsAbility to learn new languages, frameworks, and technologies as product needs evolveStrong problem solving and communication skillsFront End DevelopmentExperience with one or more modern application technologies or frameworks, such as:Flutter /
