About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to provide executive leadership for its global manufacturing network. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and executing a global operations strategy that aligns with long-term business priorities. This includes leading a multi-site manufacturing network with a focus on safety, quality, delivery, productivity, inventory, cost, and profitability. The role also involves strengthening supply chain performance, creating common operating standards, and advancing initiatives such as Lean, continuous improvement, automation, and data-driven performance management. The VP of Operations will be expected to develop and implement plans that enhance the company's scalability, resiliency, and return on invested resources. Candidates for the Vice President of Operations position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, supply chain, business, or a related discipline, with a preference for those holding advanced degrees. A minimum of 15 years' progressive manufacturing and operations leadership experience is required, with a strong background in SIOP, supply chain optimization, inventory management, and working capital improvement. Global manufacturing leadership experience across multiple countries and regions is also preferred. The role demands a leader who can build a strong global organization through talent development, succession planning, and cross-functional collaboration, and who is adept at partnering with commercial, engineering, finance, and human resources teams.
