Overview Customer Service Representative (On-Site) The Advisor II, Customer Service position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of non-routine problems regarding client’s product or services.

The Customer Service Representative engages with customers through inbound and outbound calls and/or online channels. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and/or technical support by resolving routine inquiries and issues related to client products and services. Help customers resolve technical issues. Assist in correcting billing concerns. Ensure the appropriateness of social media content. Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile.
