Regional Operations Manager

SECTR Partners are currently supporting a leading Veterinary group in their search for a Regional Operations Manager in Atlanta. The Regional Operations Manager is responsible for the operational, financial, and team performance of a group of veterinary hospitals throughout Georgia & Florida.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and oversight for multiple veterinary hospitals within the assigned region.
- Partner with Practice Managers and Medical Directors to implement operational best practices and company initiatives.
- Conduct regular clinic visits to assess operations, support teams, and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency across the region.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, service offerings, and client retention.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- +3 years multi-site operational leadership.
- Veterinary experience required.
- Proven success managing financial performance, budgets, and business metrics.
- Demonstrated experience supporting de novo (new clinic) development, including site selection, pre-opening planning, staffing, operational setup, and successful launch of new veterinary clinics.
