As a Full Time Senior CNC Machinist at Card-Monroe Corp you will play a crucial role in setting up and operating CNC milling centers and turning centers. Your precision and expertise will be vital in producing a diverse range of parts based on blueprints and shop drawings. To excel as a Full Time Senior CNC Machinist at Card-Monroe you will need to have a high attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential. Ideal candidates will have a high school or trade school diploma and a background as a machine operator with 3-5 years of experience. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and shop drawings is a must, along with familiarity with measuring tools like dial calipers, tape measures, micrometers, and protractors. Candidates should also have a solid grasp of basic mathematical skills and be comfortable working with PCs.

Demonstrating a commitment to precision and a strong work ethic will be key to success in this role.

Required Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of hands-on CNC machining experience.
• Experience operating and setting up 5-axis CNC machines .
• Experience with conversational programming , including creating and editing programs at the machine.
• Experience operating CNC machines equipped with Siemens controls .
• Ability to read, interpret, and understand engineering drawings , including dimensions, tolerances, and machining specifications.
• Strong understanding of machining processes, cutting tools, and proper machine setups.
• Ability to work independently, troubleshoot machining issues, and maintain quality standards.
• Ability to inspect finished parts using precision measuring equipment.
