Employment Type: Full-time We are currently seeking an experienced Shipping Associate to join our team through Express Employment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and knowledgeable in shipping processes and systems. Pay ranges from $20-$24 per hour depending on experience.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Collaborate with Customer Service & Warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Organize and distribute pick lists to warehouse staff.
- Accurately pick, process, and ship orders using an ERP system.
- Generate packing lists, material certifications, and bills of lading.
- Ensure shipments comply with customer policies and routing guides.
- Prepare and ship international orders, including customs documentation.
- Schedule local and international pickups.
- Use FedEx, UPS, and DHL software to process shipments.
- Ship hazardous materials in compliance with regulations.
- Maintain organized and accessible filing of shipping paperwork.
- Monitor and respond to internal shipping-related email requests.
- Assist in resolving shipping discrepancies and investigating customer complaints.
- Perform material cycle counts and quality control checks.
- 2-3 years of experience in shipping/receiving in a warehouse environment.
- Proficiency with FedEx, UPS, and DHL shipping software.
- Experience using ERP systems to process and track shipments.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Initiative and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Fluent in English with solid reading comprehension.
- Strong basic math skills.
- Hazardous materials certification, or willingness to obtain certification.
