Investment Team – Private Equity Senior Analyst Location: West Palm Beach, FL Grovecourt Capital Partners is a lower middle market private equity firm focused on investing in founder- and family-owned businesses across mission-critical services sectors. We partner with exceptional management teams to build enduring businesses through organic growth, operational improvement, and strategic acquisitions. We are highly entrepreneurial and take a hands-on approach to our portfolio companies. The Opportunity Grovecourt is seeking a Senior Analyst to join our investment teamin West Palm Beach. This is an opportunity to work directly with senior members of the investment team across the full investment lifecycle, from sourcing and evaluating new opportunities through underwriting, transaction execution, and portfolio company initiatives. The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, highly analytical, detail oriented, and entrepreneurial. We are looking for someone who wants to learn how to build businesses, not simply underwrite transactions. Responsibilities Evaluate new investment opportunities and industries through market research, financial analysis, and competitive analysis Build and maintain detailed financial models, including operating models, LBOs, acquisition models, and sensitivity analyses Analyze CIMs, financial statements, quality of earnings reports, customer data, and other diligence materials Develop investment theses and prepare investment committee materials Support transaction execution, including financial, commercial, and operational diligence Conduct industry research and identify potential platform and add on acquisition opportunities Support portfolio companies with strategic initiatives, KPI analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and acquisition activity Participate in management meetings, diligence calls, and discussions with investment bankers, lenders, consultants, and other advisors Assist with proprietary sourcing and relationship development What We Look For 1–2 years of investment banking or private equity experience, with M&A transaction experience Strong financial modeling and accounting fundamentals Exceptional analytical and quantitative abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to dig deeply into unfamiliar industries Entrepreneurial mindset and genuine interest in building businesses Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects Strong judgment and common sense Bachelor's degree from a strong academic institution Why Grovecourt This is a lean, entrepreneurial investment team where analysts have meaningful exposure to senior decision makers and portfolio company management teams.
