This site will manufacture advanced products including high-speed connectors, cables, and optical devices.Role OverviewThe Development Process Engineer (DPE) coordinates cross‑functional engineering activities to successfully develop, launch, and transfer new products from early concept to mass production. This role partners closely with global development centers and local engineering teams to ensure product quality, cost, and delivery targets are achieved.Key ResponsibilitiesProject & Technical Coordination· Lead engineering activities for new product development· Develop manufacturing process concept· Coordinate factory layout planning, tooling/equipment procurement, and line setup.· Oversee trials, documentation, line readiness, and MP ramp-up.· Issue trial reports, track lessons learned, and drive improvements.Global Communication· Act as the main liaison with Molex DSS development centers (Japan, China, Korea, Singapore, US).· Lead communication for trial requests and participate in on-site trial runs.Workflow & System Development· Build and maintain engineering workflows across internal and cross-functional teams.· Support system setup for trial materials, samples, and product databases aligned with ISO/IATF.Quality & Compliance· Support quality, delivery, 6S/Kaizen, EHS, RBA, and asset protection requirements.· Follow TQM, Six Sigma, ISO, and EH&S procedures.QualificationsEducation· Mechanical/ Mechatronics Engineering or related backgroundExperience· Required: 5+ years in engineering· Preferred: Manufacturing experience in NPI roles (product/process/production engineer, project lead)Skills· Ability to read technical drawings· Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes· CAD proficiency (NX preferred)· Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills· Proficient in MS Office· Fluent in English· Detail‑oriented, proactive, accountable, willing to learn· Able to work under pressure and overtime when requiredð Why Join Us· Modern American-standard work environment· PBM culture that fosters collaboration and personal growth· Full salary-based insurance coverage/ Full salary (100%) during the probation period.· 24/7 occupational safety insurance from day one· Premium health insurance after just 2 months· Most Saturdays off· Shuttle service for convenient commuting· Global career development via KOCH’s Talent Exchange Programme· Annual Summer Trip· A canteen with modern facilities offers good-quality meals daily· Total compensation is contribution based and includes: base salary, allowances, overtime, a fixed 13th month salary, an engagement bonus ( fixed 14th month), performance and spot bonuses, and service awards.At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
