Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU

Registered Nurse – Intensive Care Unit

Schedule: Nights (1900-0730), Rotating weekends

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

Requirements:

• Current unencumbered Oregon RN license
• Healthcare Provider Level AHA BLS certification
• AHA ACLS and NIHSS certifications required for GSR ICU-CCU
• PALS and TNCC preferred
• 3 years previous ICU experience preferred
• Verification of high school diploma or equivalent

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care for acutely critically ill patients.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in status.
• Administer medications and evaluate patient responses.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care.
• Educate and support patients and families regarding health conditions and care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Compliance / Notes:

• Must meet background check and drug screen requirements.
• Orientation policies must be followed.
