Early Childhood Education Teacher

Develop and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and learning activities that promote children's growth and school readiness. 2. Provide engaging instructional experiences in early literacy, mathematics, language development, science, creative arts, and social-emotional learning. 3. Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment. 4. Supervise children at all times and follow established child safety and supervision procedures. 5. Monitor, document, and assess children's developmental progress and individual learning needs. 6. Establish positive relationships with children, parents, guardians, and coworkers. 7. Communicate regularly and professionally with families regarding children's progress and classroom activities. 8. Maintain accurate attendance records, lesson plans, developmental assessments, and other required documentation. 9. Promote positive behavior, independence, cooperation, and respect among children. 10. Collaborate with paraprofessionals and other staff to ensure effective classroom operations. 11. Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and required training. 12. Follow all center policies, confidentiality requirements, emergency procedures, and applicable state and federal regulations. 13. Perform other duties as assigned by the Center Director or designated administrator.
