Behavioral Health Technician

Pay: $18–$22/hour — competitive pay based on experience What We Offer $18–$22/hour 401(k) Opportunity for career growth in behavioral health and addiction treatment What We Look For High school diploma or GED 1+ year of behavioral health, mental health, or substance use experience preferred CDCA preferred/required as applicable Valid driver’s license Strong communication skills and professional demeanor Reliable, compassionate, and committed to helping others Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations What You\'ll Do Support clients throughout their treatment and recovery Assist with admissions, intake, orientation, and transportation Monitor client safety and wellbeing Complete shift reports and required documentation Observe and report changes in client behavior or condition Assist with de-escalation and behavioral concerns Facilitate client orientation groups and meetings Monitor family visits and medication pass, when applicable Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility Participate in staff meetings and required training Maintain client confidentiality and professional boundaries Ready to Make an Impact?
