Description: Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Install, assemble, and maintain industrial machinery and mechanical equipment according to blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and perform repairs or replacements of defective parts, including bearings, gears, and shafts.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure machinery operates efficiently and safely.
- Align and calibrate machinery components to meet operational specifications using precision tools.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment such as hoists, welders, and grinders.
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
- Adhere to workplace safety guidelines and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.


Qualifications & Requirements
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with industrial machinery and equipment.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers.
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments, including lifting heavy objects and working in confined spaces.
- Knowledge of workplace safety practices and the ability to follow safety protocols.
- Effective problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
