Commercial HVAC Service Technician (Journeyman / Master)

Location: Baltimore / Washington, DC Metro Area Pay: $32.00 $45.00 per hour (based on experience)

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technicians (Journeyman or Master level) to join a growing service team. This role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of commercial HVAC systems across multiple job sites.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems
Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled service work
Service equipment including:
- Rooftop Units (RTUs)
- Boilers and split systems
- VRF systems
- Chilled water and hot water systems (central plant)
Communicate directly with clients to identify issues and recommend solutions
Complete service reports and documentation accurately
Maintain a high level of professionalism on job sites

Qualifications

3+ years of commercial HVAC service experience
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Knowledge of RTUs, VRF systems, and central plant systems
EPA Certification (Universal preferred)
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation & Benefits
