- Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies to support organizational goals.
- Lead, inspire, and manage a team to execute high-impact fundraising campaigns.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with major donors, partners, and stakeholders.
- Identify new opportunities for revenue generation through innovative approaches.
- Oversee large-scale projects from planning to execution, ensuring measurable results.
- Represent the organization at events, conferences, and donor engagements.
- Proven track record of success in fundraising and strategy execution.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate high-performing teams.

- Base salary: $150K+
