Employment Terms Fixed‑term contract: full‑time (3 months) or part‑time (0.6 EFT for 6 months) Based in Brunswick office; free onsite parking; close to public transport Salary of $105,340 (pro‑rated for part‑time) + superannuation and salary packaging benefits up to $18,550 The Role Reporting to the Professional Learning and Workforce Development Coordinator, this position manages and coordinates online course content and develops educational resources to support foundation staff in frontline practice and use of the Client Information Management System (CIMS). Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Practice Development, IM team, and subject‑matter experts to design and develop engaging online and hybrid training modules in the Moodle LMS. Maintain, configure, and troubleshoot courses and learning resources in Moodle to ensure reliable delivery. Assist the IM Salesforce Enablement Specialist in developing and improving training materials for CIMS. Promote a culture of continuous learning and system literacy across the organisation. Create and edit written and audiovisual training resources, including filming and editing. Develop and maintain learning resources such as Articulate packages, PowerPoint slide packs, participant workbooks, handouts, and training guides. Contribute to project management of eLearning modules, ensuring milestones and timelines are met. Qualifications and Experience Relevant tertiary qualification in education, instructional design, educational technology, or related discipline; or equivalent professional experience. Proven ability to design and develop engaging, user‑centred eLearning experiences that align with adult learning principles. Proficiency in authoring tools such as Articulate Rise, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, and the Microsoft Office suite. Good understanding of Moodle LMS with ability to maintain, troubleshoot, and support its functionality. Experience managing digital learning projects, scoping tasks, managing timelines, and delivering outcomes on schedule. Ability to lead tailored training programmes for diverse user groups, including documentation, workshops, and one‑on‑one support. Experience creating and maintaining clear, user‑friendly support documentation and training materials for client information systems.
