About the job Business Analyst

We are hiring a Business Analyst with strong QA experience to support a major US retail energy client. This hybrid role combines business analysis, process improvement, and testing in a dynamic, data-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and document business requirements and process flows
Create test cases, support UAT, and validate solutions
Analyze data using Excel & SQL
Collaborate across teams to improve workflows and system features
Support automation initiatives using Power Platform

What You Bring:

5+ years in Business Analysis with hands-on QA testing experience
Strong skills in Excel, SQL, Lucidchart/Visio
Familiarity with Agile and QA tools like JIRA
Energy, utilities, or renewables experience is a plus
