About the job Business Analyst
We are hiring a Business Analyst with strong QA experience to support a major US retail energy client. This hybrid role combines business analysis, process improvement, and testing in a dynamic, data-driven environment.
- Gather and document business requirements and process flows
- Create test cases, support UAT, and validate solutions
- Analyze data using Excel & SQL
- Collaborate across teams to improve workflows and system features
- Support automation initiatives using Power Platform
- 5+ years in Business Analysis with hands-on QA testing experience
- Strong skills in Excel, SQL, Lucidchart/Visio
- Familiarity with Agile and QA tools like JIRA
- Energy, utilities, or renewables experience is a plus
