We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic healthcare team at an LTACH in Abilene, TX. Title: LPN – LTACH Location: Abilene, TX Schedule: 13‑week contracts – AM/PM PRN shifts Hourly Pay: $35.00 Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Administer ventilator and tracheostomy care. Monitor and assess patient status, including vital signs and symptoms. Collaborate with registered nurses and other healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding care and treatment. Assess patient needs, develop care plans, and implement nursing interventions. Coordinate patient care and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Qualifications Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship. At least one year of acute or medical‑surgical experience, including ICU if possible. LPN license in the state of assignment or a compact license. BLS certification. English language proficiency.
