This is a sales-focused role designed for someone who wants to build a long-term career in B2B sales. As a Junior Account Executive, you'll own the top of the sales funnel, driving outbound prospecting, qualifying opportunities, and creating pipeline for our Account Executives while gaining hands-on exposure to the full sales cycle.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Own outbound prospecting across calls, emails, and social channels to generate new business opportunities.
• Execute high-volume outbound prospecting with a strong focus on cold calling, field experience and multi-channel outreach.
• Build, manage, and qualify your own pipeline of prospective restaurant partners.
• Conduct discovery calls to identify qualified sales opportunities.
• Partner closely with our Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data, activity tracking, and prospect notes in Salesforce.
• Learn CloudKitchens' value proposition and confidently communicate it to restaurant owners.
• Shadow Account Executives throughout the sales cycleincluding discovery, negotiations, and closingto develop into a full-cycle Account Executive.

We're looking for:

• At least 6 months of experience in an outbound sales, SDR, BDR, Sales Development, Business Development, or lead generation role.
• Hands-on experience with outbound prospecting, including cold calling, cold emailing, and multi-channel outreach campaigns.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and handling objections.
• Competitive mindset with a passion for hitting and exceeding sales goals.
• Resilient, coachable, and comfortable receiving continuous feedback.

This role is designed as the first step toward becoming a full-cycle Account Executive.

You'll receive ongoing coaching from experienced sales leaders, work alongside high-performing AEs, and gain exposure to every stage of the sales processfrom prospecting and qualification through negotiation and closingwith a clear path for internal growth based on performance.

This role is based in our Los Angeles office location. As a company driven by innovation and continuous change, close collaboration is essential. We're constantly reimagining our industry, creating new products, and refining our processes, and we do our best work together. That's why all of our office-based teams work onsite, five days a week.

The base salary range for this role is $66,800 $70,500 per year. Add'l Incentive Compensation: Individuals can earn an estimated annual incentive compensation range of $66,800 $70,500 when meeting performance expectations. Actual incentive compensation varies based on individual sales performance and targets.

Actual compensation will be determined on an individual basis and may vary depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.

Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package. You may also be eligible for equity awards and an annual performance-based bonus.
