Senior COBOL Developer

Supporting mission-critical federal tax processing applications, the full-time Senior COBOL / Unisys Developer will develop, maintain, and enhance legacy COBOL applications in a remote environment while collaborating with business and technical teams to implement system enhancements and resolve production issues. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, test, and support COBOL applications in a Unisys ClearPath OS 2200 environment Analyze business requirements and implement application enhancements Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience) 7+ years of COBOL development experience 3+ years working in a Unisys ClearPath OS 2200 environment Strong experience supporting legacy mainframe applications and production support Experience with Batch COBOL, ECL 2200, and SQL/DB2
