Job Details Job Title: Procurement Contract Manager (Hybrid) Duration: 12+ Months (Contract/Temp with the possibility of extension) Shift: 1st Shift (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM) Pay Range: $43/hr to $45/hr Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 3 days in the office, up to 2 days remote. The first month of employment will be fully onsite for training and onboarding. Overview We are seeking an experienced Procurement Contract Manager to support commercial procurement contracts for complex engineering and infrastructure projects. This role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of procurement contracts, partnering with cross-functional teams, and ensuring commercially sound contract execution while minimizing risk. The ideal candidate has strong experience drafting, negotiating, and managing commercial purchasing agreements within engineering, manufacturing, energy, construction, or other industrial environments. Responsibilities Draft, review, analyze, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial procurement contracts. Interpret complex contract terms, identify contractual obligations and risks, and provide practical recommendations. Support contract negotiations and develop negotiation strategies with internal stakeholders. Collaborate with Procurement, Legal, Engineering, Project Management, and other business functions throughout the contract lifecycle. Ensure compliance with internal approval processes, company policies, and applicable regulations. Develop and implement contract and claims management strategies with project teams. Review tenders, supplier agreements, and contract-related documentation. Prepare contract summaries, analyses, presentations, and reports for internal stakeholders. Support continuous improvement initiatives by contributing to contract standardization and process enhancements. Manage multiple contracts and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial procurement contracts. Experience managing contracts involving manufactured equipment, installation, maintenance, construction, or technical/engineering services. Strong understanding of commercial risk management, contract law principles, and claims management. Excellent contract drafting, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree in Business or Law. Knowledge of U.S. and Canadian contract law. Experience supporting procurement contracts within engineering, energy, utilities, manufacturing, EPC, or industrial organizations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
