Every day is different, but your responsibilities will include: Meeting with local business owners and their employees Helping clients understand and enroll in valuable supplemental benefits Building relationships with new and existing clients Learning how to recruit, train, and mentor future team members Developing leadership skills through hands-on coaching Tracking your progress and setting goals for continued growth As you grow, you'll have the opportunity to move into leadership and eventually build a team of your own. What We're Looking For

You'll do well here if you're: Driven and motivated to succeed Coachable and open to feedback Comfortable talking with people Competitive with yourself and others Reliable and dependable Looking for a long-term career instead of just another job Excited about giving back to the local community Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but it isn't required.
