At Lopez Negrete Communications we are growing and searching for a Group Account Director. Do you thrive on building trusted client relationships, leading high-performing teams, and creating culturally relevant campaigns that make an impact? We're looking for an experienced Group Account Director to join our award-winning Hispanic advertising agency. This is a leadership role for someone who is passionate about multicultural marketing and understands how to connect brands with the growing U.S. Hispanic consumer. What You'll Do: Lead strategic client partnerships and drive business growth. Inspire and mentor Account Directors and Account Managers. Collaborate with Strategy, Creative, Media, Social, and Production teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns. Identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships. Ensure flawless execution while delivering exceptional client service. What We're Looking For: 10+ years of advertising agency account management experience. Proven leadership experience managing large client relationships and cross-functional teams. Strong strategic thinking, presentation, and communication skills. Experience developing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, media, and traditional channels. Bilingual English/Spanish a MUST. Passion for multicultural marketing and deep understanding of the U.S. Hispanic consumer.
