Speech Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) | $70K-$90K + Sign-On Bonus

Role Overview

A pediatric therapy organization in Schertz, Texas is seeking a CCC-SLP to join a collaborative team focused on helping children build communication skills and reach meaningful milestones.

Schedule:

• Flexible scheduling options available
• Manageable productivity expectations: only 26 direct patient care hours out of a 40-hour week

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive speech and language evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
• Provide engaging, evidence-based speech therapy services
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary team members
• Track progress and support meaningful communication outcomes for children

Qualifications

• CCC-SLP required (cannot take a CF at this time)
  
• Minimum 1 year of pediatric speech therapy experience
• Active Texas Speech Language Pathology license
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Passion for continuous learning and improving the lives of children and families
