Through strong leadership and accountability, you'll empower your team to exceed expectations while ensuring flawless execution of daily operations from opening and closing routines to cash handling and maintaining a store that's ready to impress every day.What You'll DoDeliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our C.H.A.R.M service modelActively champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns, while consistently demonstrating the core values of Crocs, Inc.Drive recruitment and staffing efforts to ensure consistent store coverage throughout the year, including anticipating seasonal needs and fostering a high-performing, retention-focused team cultureLead the team in achieving performance metrics including sales, customer service, and product engagement while demonstrating a strong passion for operations, organization and process executionOwn and lead all daily retail operations, driving team accountability for delivering exceptional consumer service, accurate POS management, organized stock rooms with timely replenishment, precise pricing and markdown execution, loyalty program growth, and consistent store cleanliness and recovery standardsCoordinate, delegate, and prioritize tasks to maintain smooth store operations, ensuring timely follow-up and completion of daily responsibilitiesServe as a brand ambassador by staying informed about current product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives, and sharing this knowledge with consumers to elevate their experience and connection with CrocsAdhere to all Crocs policies, including Asset Protection procedures, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiativesWhat You'll Bring to the TableMust be 18 years or older4+ years of retail experience with a preference for candidates with prior Store Manager experienceFlexibility in the work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours, with regular attendance and punctuality essential functions of the positionDesire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced retail environmentProven track record inspiring and empowering teams while driving performance and achieving resultsDemonstrates exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with store teams, field leaders, and corporate partnersValid driver's license and acceptable driving record may be required if driving is an essential job functionThe work environment and physical demands described here are representative of those that an employee will encounter while performing the essential functions of this job.
