Position:
Cleaning Crew Member - Moscow Mills, MO

Role Summary:
The Cleaning Crew Member assists in overseeing the daily cleaning operations of BCI. This role includes cleaning, ensuring quality/safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleaning quality standards and ensure all tasks are completed as required using tracking checklists.
• Serve as a point of contact for employees in the workplace for cleaning issues.
• Perform daily cleaning tasks.
• Communicate issues promptly to the Human Resources Manager to support timely resolution.
• Weekly monitor inventory levels and report what is needed to Manager.
• Stay knowledgeable in the proper use of cleaning materials and adhere to all safety regulations.
• Promote a safe work environment and reinforce health and safety standards.
• Conduct inspections to verify cleanliness.
• Meet monthly with the Manager to review performance and protocols.
• Other duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid driver's license

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years in commercial janitorial work, OSHA and FDA knowledge helpful
• Experience working with adults with disabilities is preferred
• VERY strong communication and interpersonal skills

Physical ability

• Ability to use fine and gross motor skills
• Push or pull up to 25 lbs
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Ability to reach, bend, twist, and move above and below the waist
• Stand for long periods of time
• Standard math ability for measurements of liquid and inventory

BENEFITS INCLUDE:

• Nine (9) Paid Holidays
• 56 hours of yearly accrued PTO
• Pay days are every other Friday

Pay: $17 an hour
HOURS: 8:30am to 2:00pm Monday - Friday with a 30 min unpaid lunch
No nights or weekends.
