About this role

Scribe’s Growth team drives adoption, activation, and revenue by running rapid experiments across onboarding, collaboration, and enterprise lead generation. With over 5 million users across 700,000+ organizations , every experiment you run has the potential for immediate and measurable impact.

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer on our Growth team, you’ll own experiments end-to-end: scoping with PMs, prototyping with designers, instrumenting with data, and building production-ready features. You’ll work full stack across our Django backend and React/Next.js frontend, balancing speed of iteration with quality and maintainability.

This role is ideal if you love blending product thinking with engineering craft, shipping quickly, learning from results, and scaling the wins.

You could be a great fit if

• You have 5+ years of software engineering experience, ideally across both frontend and backend
• You thrive in the Build–Measure–Learn loop: designing, running, and analyzing experiments at high velocity
• You are comfortable working with Django and React (Next.js/Typescript)
• You write production-quality code and advocate for automated testing, even under rapid iteration
• You’re user-obsessed: empathetic, curious, and motivated to solve real problems for real people
• You bring sound engineering judgment and have a bias to action—knowing when to ship scrappy and when to build scalable

Bonus

• Experience building lead generation pipelines
• Experience working in martech
• Startup experience (not required, but we build and move fast!)

Compensation :

$175,000 – $200,000 (San Francisco, New York, Seattle) + equity + benefits

$150,000 – $180,000 (Other US locations) + equity + benefits
