Project Manager - Multifamily Construction

We are seeking a Project Manager experienced with Multifamily Construction to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of multifamily construction projects, from new builds to rehabilitation and affordable housing projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, from estimating and budgeting to forecasting and project management. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Job Details

Qualifications:

• A proven track record as a Project Manager in multifamily construction
• Budgets 5-10mil
• Proven experience in estimating, new builds, new construction, rehabilitation, affordable housing, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Nice to have experience with Procore
• Strong knowledge of multifamily construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software, preferably Procore.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed.
