Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting during night shift hours
• Monitor and assess critically ill patients, responding promptly to changes in condition
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and deliver high-quality patient outcomes
• Complete required documentation and maintain accurate patient records
• Perform neurological assessments utilizing NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale) as required

Required Qualifications

• Active Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license, verified within the last 30 days — no hits on state license to practice
• Minimum of 24 months of ICU experience, with recent experience within the last 12 months
• Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI (documentation required)
• Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI (documentation required)
• NIHSS certification required
• Must not be an Arizona resident — Arizona residents are not eligible for this assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
• Experience working in a Magnet-recognized facility or comparable high-acuity environment
• Familiarity with complementary and integrative care approaches in an acute setting
