Plant Maintenance Mechanic/Utility Person

Plant Maintenance Mechanic/Utility Person Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on ready mix plant equipment to maximize operational uptime. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems associated with plant operations. Inspect, maintain, and replace components including conveyors, mixers, motors, gearboxes, and related production equipment. Perform maintenance and repair work on ready mix concrete trucks as needed, including routine inspections and mechanical repairs. Partner with operations teams to support safe, reliable, and productive performance across multiple ready mix plant locations. What Are We Looking For Demonstrated ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair industrial equipment and heavy-duty vehicles. Working knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems. Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to established procedures. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and travel between multiple ready mix plant locations as needed. Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and maintain a valid driver's license. Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
