As a Medical Assistant, you will prepare for each patient visit by pulling charts and notes before their arrival, provide routine support alongside nurses and medical staff, assist with keeping track of tests and lab reporting, ensuring everything arrives on time and the patient is kept informed of their condition and care. You will also help manage the inventory of medical supplies, set up machines and testing equipment, and clean instruments and rooms as needed. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, an interest in learning more about a working medical environment, and has previous office experience.
