*Key Responsibilities:*

* Engage with individuals and families to educate them on pre-need funeral options.
* Conduct in-home or in-office presentations, community seminars, and follow-up appointments.
* Develop and maintain relationships within the community and with referral partners.
* Meet and exceed monthly sales goals through proactive outreach and relationship management.
* Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in our CRM system.
* Serve as a caring and professional resource for families during planning conversations.

*Qualifications:*

* Virginia Licensed Funeral Director
* Previous Preneed sales experience preferred
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and compassionately.
* Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
* Active Limited Lines Insurance License or willingness to obtain (if required by state).
* Comfortable with in-person and phone-based sales presentations.
* reliable Transportation

* Full-time In person

Pay Structure :

* 100% Commission

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per hour
