Hands-on experience in scaling polymer synthesis from laboratory to pilot level. Strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving. At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in industrial research is required. Excellent communication skills and team orientation. A demonstrated ability to innovate independently and thrive in collaborative settings. Diligent attention to detail, with a commitment to quality and lab safety.
