Registered Nurse ICU

Job Summary:

Seeking experienced ICU Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced acute care hospital setting. Responsible for delivering specialized nursing services in the ICU/Tele units, ensuring patient safety and compliance with facility standards.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Administer and monitor patient care in ICU/Tele units, following established clinical protocols.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  
  
• 
  Document patient progress accurately in Cerner EMR system.
  
  
• 
  Float within scope to meet unit needs, maintaining flexibility and adaptability.
  
  
• 
  Adhere strictly to infection control and safety procedures, including dress code compliance.
  
  
• 
  Respond promptly to emergency situations, including cardiac and respiratory events.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold a valid state RN license with ICU experience of at least 2 years.
  
  
• 
  Possess current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate ability to work night shifts (3x12 hours) and manage high-acuity patients.
  
  
• 
  Exhibit strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
  
  
• 
  Maintain COVID vaccination status as required.
  
  
• 
  Show excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
