Customer Service Associate

Upfront Plumbing, Drains, Heating, and Air is seeking a remote, full-time Customer Service Associate to join our team. We pay $18 to $22 per hour , depending on your experience.

YOUR DAY

As a remote Customer Service Associate, you will answer calls from customers and help them right away. You will ask questions to get the information you need and make sure each call goes smoothly. You will schedule jobs by matching the right technician to the right job, taking into account how urgent it is and where the job is located. You will keep everyone informed, sharing updates with customers, technicians, and managers. You will confirm appointments, make changes if needed, and make sure all details are correct. You will make quick decisions and follow up on every job to make sure nothing is missed.

YOUR SCHEDULE

You will work from home, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m . Sometimes, you may need to be on call outside of these hours. This is a fully remote position.

REQUIREMENTS FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE

• Residence in Idaho (Boise area)
• Ability to work remotely with your own computer, monitors, phone, and high-speed internet suitable for a call-heavy role
• Skills in clear and professional communication in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment
• Strong decision-making and real-time problem-solving abilities
• Accountability for follow-through and closing the loop on customer needs
• Commitment to reliability, clarity, and consistency
