Shift Manager (18Yrs +)

Job Overview The position is for a Shift Manager at a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. The franchisee is the sole employer and is responsible for all employment matters, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. The role requires leadership of shifts, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. Responsibilities Lead shifts every week, providing leadership to crew and other managers to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness. Plan for each shift, monitor performance during the shift, and take action to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards. Monitor safety, security, and profitability. Communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them for a great shift. Meet targets during shifts and assist departments in meeting their goals. Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Qualifications Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
