General Manager - Blackjack Pizza

We're not your average pizza joint. We're known for our killer ingredients, awesome team, and commitment to creating a memorable experience for every customer. As our General Manager, you'll be the heart of our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly from open to close. You'll be a hands-on leader who develops our amazing team of pizza makers and drivers, maintains our high standards of quality and cleanliness, and most importantly, develops a great team!

What You'll Be Doing:

Overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Leading, directing, and supervising both our in-store and delivery teams.
Maintaining high standards of product quality, service, cleanliness, organization, and sanitation.
Ordering food and performing nightly inventories.
Running the store according to Blackjack Pizza & Salads' operating procedures and standards.
Ensuring staff follow health and safety regulations.
Stocking ingredients, preparing products, and processing orders.
Taking inventory and completing associated paperwork.
Cleaning equipment and the facility daily.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

Proven experience as a Shift Manager or similar role with responsibility.
A hands-on, servant leader approach.
Comfort with food preparation.
Excellent communication skills.
Outstanding organizational and computer skills.
A great attitude and comfort in a fast-paced environment.
A "can-do" attitude with the desire to make a career out of this position.

What You'll Need:

ServSafe/Food Manager Certification REQUIRED.
Quick-Serve Pizza Experience REQUIRED (Blackjack Pizza, Domino's, Papa John's, Marcos, etc.).
1-2 years of supervisory experience within the food service/retail/customer service industry, including Profit & Loss responsibility.
Ability to calculate/analyze data.
Strong customer service skills.
Basic business math and accounting skills.
Reliable vehicle and current driver's license.
Personal computer operations are preferred.
