A growing, physician-led health system in north central Pennsylvania is seeking a BE/BC Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon to join an established, collaborative orthopedic team within a high-acuity regional referral environment.

\n Position Highlights:

\n

\n
• Join one other fellowship-trained trauma surgeon in a well-established orthopedic trauma service
\n
• Comfortable participation in occasional Level II trauma call
\n
• Strong interdisciplinary partnerships with general orthopedics, podiatry, and plastic surgery locally and across the region
\n
• Dedicated support team including 6 experienced PA-C/CRNP providers and 2 surgical first-assist techs
\n
• Flexible schedule with protected block OR time (4 out of 5 weekdays)
\n
• High-functioning, team-based surgical environment with strong clinical support
\n
• Brand-new outpatient clinic space located steps from the ED and operating rooms
\n
• Opportunity to practice in a growing regional orthopedic network with strong referral volume
\n

• Close collaboration with emergency medicine and surgical specialties in a high-acuity setting

• Strong operative volume with efficient OR access and dedicated block scheduling
